Payment Plan Policy

PAYMENT PLAN POLICY

For your convenience, I offer a variety of payment options, including PayPal (with Pay-in-4 capabilities), Shop Pay, and other payment plan options. If you choose to utilize a payment plan, the following terms apply and must be acknowledged and agreed upon prior to placing your order:

1. Full Payment Requirement Before Work Begins
   
    All custom commissions and restyle orders must be paid in full before any work on your wig(s) will begin. Once full payment is received, your order will be added to my production calendar, and your processing time will begin. If payment is incomplete, your project will remain listed as TBD (To Be Determined) and your spot is not secured.
   
   
2. Responsibility for Timely Payments
   
    It is the client’s sole responsibility to ensure all scheduled payments are made on time. I do not provide routine reminders. Failure to make timely payments will result in the following:
   
   
• A delay in your order processing.
  
  
• A revised timeline for completion.
  
  
• Four payment reminders will be issued; failure to remit payment after the final notice will result in order cancellation.
  
  
3. Late Fees and Invoice Extensions
   
    Unpaid invoices that remain outstanding beyond 30 days from the invoice date may incur a 5% late fee.
   
    If you are experiencing extenuating circumstances, you may request an invoice extension by submitting a written request no less than 10 days prior to the invoice due date. Extensions are granted at my discretion and are not guaranteed.
   
   
4. Impact on Deadlines and Rush Orders
   
    Any missed or delayed payment automatically nullifies previously quoted timelines, including rush orders. Deadlines are estimated based on timely payments. Delays in payment will result in rescheduling your project according to current availability at the time full payment is received. I reserve the right to reallocate availability as needed.
   
   
5. Refunds & Financial Responsibility
   
    Payments made toward orders are used immediately to cover costs such as materials, supplies, and other production-related expenses. Therefore:
   
   
• Refunds due to budgeting issues or financial hardship are not guaranteed and are issued solely at my discretion.
  
  
• I am not financially liable for interrupted or incomplete payments.
  
  
• Refunds, if granted, are subject to administrative fees and deductions for any materials or work already rendered.
  
  
6. Alternative Payment Options
   
    If you are unsure about your ability to commit to a payment plan under these terms, you are encouraged to use other available financing options through my website, such as Shop Pay or PayPal Pay-in-4, which provide more flexible and automated solutions.
   
   

By proceeding with a payment plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. Noncompliance with this policy may result in the cancellation of your order without refund.
